Assem Akhanova
Assem Akhanova was a graduate student in Electrical Engineering at the Pennsylvania State University. She received her B.Sc. degree from Eurasian National University in Radio Engineering, Electronics and Telecommunication in 2012, Kazakhstan, Astana. She was doing her M.Sc. degree in Electrical Engineering and working under the supervision of W. L. Weiss Chair Professor Mohsen Kavehrad at the Pennsylvania State University. Her concentration area and research focus is optical communications and networking, namely, wireless optical communications and advanced optical MIMO.
